Have you seen how they’ve played the last 4-5 games? I’m all for keeping faith, but there are signs that this team is more like last year than the first 5 games of this season.

They're regressing, yes. But they are still far better than last year. They need to make some tweaks (top line LW for starters). But we're all gonna burn out and hate each other if we start bitching in November.

They have slowed in that sense. But they have also been able to control chances against with more consistency, especially second chances. Tonight was not their night, especially for 5 minutes.
They also have been good after regulation losses, let's see how they respond.

Can you blame the fans for being a bit upset/worried? The Sabres have been a fucking joke for almost 10 yrs. We win 10 gms in a row and then become the worst team in the NHL. We start out the season strong and now you can see shades of 18-19 slipping in. It’s scary and upsetting
