I've never had muscle spasms like this before. Strained my oblique at the gym and the spasms have transferred to my back and they happen literally every 2 seconds. Excruciating. Plus I experienced 1st degree burns from my e-stim recovery machine, so there's that. Send help 🤕.

ANGELS WIN! My thoughts:. - Bullpen game put them at a disadvantage, hitting got some timely swings to put some runs up.- I like O'Hoppe's stance adjustment.- Soler, Adell, Ward 🚀.- Trout with clutch hitting.- Back end of the bullpen closes it out 🔒. Go Halos 😇.
