Last month, our team attended the Ignite Conference hosted by LCPtracker, our payroll audit software provider. It was a great chance to learn about updates, and discuss enforcement ideas. These improvements will help us serve the community even better!

In 2024, a former employee from a snack company reached out about unpaid vacation time. Our civil wage theft team intervened, leading the company to compensate this employee and two others, totaling $1,887.70 in restitution. These outcomes motivate us to keep working hard!

RCI Holdings sued us after we found they owed millions in stolen wages and damages. A judge ruled that RCI did not provide evidence for their claims and allowed us to continue our work. We are pleased with this decision and will keep enforcing the rights of strip club workers

We received a complaint about tipped workers at a barbershop regarding their minimum wage. After an investigation by Denver Labor, the employer took proactive steps to address the issue. They recalculated owed wages and issued restitution checks totaling $23,240.76.
