@realDonaldTrump @howardlutnick you must do the same with the O-1 visa, Indians will just game the O-1 visa and try to switch from H1-B to O-1. Must also end the H4EAD visa NOW, no more @AGPamBondi defending it in court, END IT now.
I probably talk to 10-20 H-1B holders a week and tell them to consider a move to O-1 visas asap. Been saying this since 2016. The biggest reason why: O-1 visas don’t get caught in political crossfire. Today’s proclamation feels validating in the worst way.
