@AzureusBlaze
You don’t have to. If you aren’t impressed with a game don’t buy it or if you already have it then don’t play it. Give good criticism by all means, but it is easy to demand others make sacrifices.
@DecepticonCobra
Like his take recently has been so bad, he's had multiple dev tell him otherwise and all he's done is doubled down and his fans ratio all the devs as if they don't know what they're talking about its ridiculous
@DecepticonCobra
Development cycles should not be like Halo 2’s, but I do agree some sacrifice is necessary. Don’t kill yourself with work, but at the same time they had 6 years.
@DecepticonCobra
For sure, but what he was saying was that success can come after crunch no matter what it is, citing himself as an example. Is it a good thing? Nah not at all, but success is a posibility regardless.
Given the context of his argument, it doesn't paint him in a good light at all.
@DecepticonCobra
Especially when all his content is is whining and circlejerking and acting like he's still in his teens (he is a grown ass man he should be married with kids by now!!!)
@DecepticonCobra
I'm not gonna say what Act Man is in the right, but I'm not gonna crucify him over tweets either.
Dude had a bad take, sure, but seeing all the people all of a sudden acting above him just because of that is even more insufferable.
@DecepticonCobra
Well in theory he's not wrong but not in this contexte, the main problem behind videos games dev is the marketing decision that influe a lot on the core dev, nowaday a game is made to make the most income and not to respect some legacy from the past.
