Helemaal akkoord met @DeWitteK. Ik hoop dat de onderhandelaars dit heilloze pad van verstaatsing verlaten. Werkt nergens en compleet in strijd met wat we uit onderzoek weten over aansturing van onderwijssystemen. Beste weg om de geboekte winst in kwaliteit terug teniet te doen.

👉 My keynote overviews some recent papers in which we aim to estimate the causal impact of policy changes on efficiency. Moreover, I present novel methodologies to estimate the efficiency-enhancing impacts of a policy change. The applications rely on Flemish education data.
