just scammed all of the $ARC presalers and are withholding funds from many of them permanently because they "don't like how they sold". The presale terms were agreed upon and changing this completely goes against any decentraliztion they claim to support. Bye $ARC

Especially since most of pre salers are holding and chart only pumped from last unlock.
I know a lot who are selling now because of this.

I agree with you 100% on this not being how defi works. It is theft.
