2019 was a very important year within my own work. It was the year that showed me I could actually do this on my own. I am so pumped for 2020.

As someone who's aiming to improve their art to the point you're at now, what advice would you give? Not the inspirational "never give up" stuff, because I'm already all about that. But you 10 years ago: what thing did you have to go back and relearn five times before it stuck?

I think the biggest thing that sprung me forward was trying to learn something with every piece.. not just painting to just paint.. but trying to push something specific in every single piece. Every single painting I've done I've struggled to try to make it a notch higher.
