@PhilipTerzian Because it was a rally organized and largely attended by neo-nazis; one would think "fine people" would've left when one side began cheering"Jews will not replace us." Would you have stayed?

Of course, Trump is correct about there being 'very fine people' on both sides of the debate abt the equestrian statue of #RobertELee in #Charlottesville , specifically condemning neo-Nazis/white nationalists in the same remarks. Why is this difficult for the press to comprehend?

@Darinstrauss @PhilipTerzian There were far more people whose organizations proclaim "Jews will not control Us" among the "witnessers," than far-right demonstrators, including JVP, Code Pink, ANTIFA, Unitarians, Quakers, and most Democrats, all of whom assert that Jews control US mideast policy.

@Sam_Schulman Funny, only one group chanted it. And only one group murdered someone. In any violent mob, a few "very fine people" may be present at the outset, not knowing what they're getting into. Those who stay lose that designation.

@Darinstrauss @PhilipTerzian I believe that it was initially planned as a statue rally, and then a local organizer, known to most c'vilians as the leader of Occupy Charlottesville, but who, like Mussolini and Henri Dr Man, moved from far left to far right, invited in all 300 Spencerrites

@Sam_Schulman @Darinstrauss SS: As a writer, I long ago gave up debating -- especially on Twitter! -- with people intent on misconstruing and/or misrepresenting one's words. Like arguing with a barking terrier, it combines futility with waste of time/energy. (We must get together in C'ville sometime soon.)

@Darinstrauss @PhilipTerzian Never did understand that. If I have a really shity job I'm not worried about a group with a really small population replacing me. Maybe it was YOU. anyways good thing we have the msm to tell me what my eyes see and my ears hear.

@Darinstrauss @PhilipTerzian This exactly. I have no doubt that in any given violent mob, there are a handful of "very fine people" present at the outset, who don't know what they're getting into. But they're not really worth mentioning unless you're trying to send a coded message of support to the masses.
