Next up was CLEAR SYNERGY trial presented by Dr. Sanjit Jolly. This trial looked at outcomes in ACS undergoing PCI prescribed spironolactone and showed no significant difference. The first part looking at colchicine was presented at TCT showing benefit! #AHA24

Next up was the ENBALV trial presented by Dr. Chisato Izumi!: Looking at edoxaban vs. warfarin in patients with surgical bioprosthetic valves. Results showed comparable efficacy and safety offering a potential alternative for anticoagulation in this population #AHA24

#AHA24 day 2! @CardioNerds Highlights from Intervention 💉 to Prevention 💊 ! Dr. Sebastian Wiberg presented the GLORIOUS trial which looked at GLP-1 agonist and restrictive vs. liberal oxygenation in patients undergoing AVR or CABG. Results: no significant change observed.
