The point is every deobank needs to find that secret sauce whatever it is. Actually innovative tech, unique gtm strategies, marine like sales teams/execution, based interns etc Otherwise chances are you're ngmi

It reminds me when everyone was chasing EMI licencing 10 years ago to offer e-wallet, payment and FX services. Lithuania (sorry to pick on you) alone must have granted 150 approvals in two years but today 95% are gone. At least you had to fork up €350k

What you end up with is everyone building the same thing but preaching they're unique. The pool gets smaller but acquiring incumbent customers gets more expensive. CAC skyrockets.

The addressable market is vast but we're fighting for incumbent customers, not the same earlified degens on the adoption curve On the other side you already see that fintechs/web3s are raising from the same set of VCs who look at the same growth and gtm metrics and around we go
