This morning, we launched the Kampala Capital City Authority Five-Year Strategic Plan (FY2025/26–FY2029/30)—a UGX 11.9 trillion commitment to transform Kampala into a well-planned, inclusive, and resilient city. Together, we can shape the City we all desire to have.
