Qualifications Wales suspended GCSE BSL indefinitely. Instead they've come up with a fraction of a qualification which can be taught in as little as 5 hours by an unqualified "BSL teacher". It is meaningless, insulting and a tokenistic exercise. Trick or treat.

How can the Welsh Government state co-production if there aren't any deaf people involved and there's no actual BSL content of substance. Issues cited aren't issues Welsh deaf signers face. There is no active understanding or representation of issues #BSLWalesBill

The Welsh Government bleats on they won't legislate for BSL because Disability Rights Taskforce and "co-production". Yet this is deflecting. There is no meangful reference to BSL devolved issues there. Read it, tell me what the meaningful BSL discussion is. #BSLWalesBill
