@DC_PoliceDogs Please tell me if giant schnauzers make good family dogs? A friend's husband wants a Mali or GSD, for protection. He works long shifts, she works part time, they have teenage children. I've advised against the Mali (as much as I adore Baloo!), not sure about GSD & other breeds
