@JmoonJ_ @OkoyeCardinal They said it's Sleep paralysis but I know it's not a physical thing... I suffered this for a long time growing up and even as an adult. I had even walked out of my own body before. Jesus delivered me completely from it cos I always shout blood of Jesus when I'm in that state.
