Important to note that our House of Rep ID cards are issued to us because we’re State Reps, otherwise we wouldn’t have them. I say that bc it’s an extension of our office/the State Capitol, since he used a House resource, where is the censure? Or will we just find more hypocrisy?
According to the arrest report, Rep. Dean Davis showed the officer his Oklahoma House of Representatives ID card and said something to the effect of, "you don't know how bad you messed up you will find out tomorrow"

This Member broke the law and was booked into jail. I don’t celebrate a single second of it, but those are the facts and there is evidence, yet he was not censured today.

Due to drinking until after the bar closed and refusing to leave, he was arrested and UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MORNING SESSION. Since that interfered with his duty, it impacted the legislative body on a whole. Therefore, action is applicable according to
