I would love to know/see the opening match volumes now with the new match on ASX vs the older staggered one. So many names seem soooo thin on the match, gettyting any liq in or out without moving price substancially is a very hard task.

Even with Chinese dominance "scarecity" globally in #RareEarths sector, prices still LT avg around $70 or so (NdPr/kg). If I were an exporer/developer I would be concerned about what happens to price when all these REE Projects get rushed to market. Most already uneconomical

I would love to se the tokenization of realestate. In a way that you can literally buy and sell any address. I am not smart enough to know how to do it, but surely there is a massive market for it. (Hedging, lending yield etc etc) "Bundle" them up into suburbs etc
