Our final workout of the summer was a lactic shuttle involving a short hill climb. The loop was 750 meters and some runners did as many as 12 (4–3-2-2-1) when they were done. These kids are fit. We’re excited to watch them race. @KansasPregame .@kansasrunning .@KSHSAA
