Evaluator / System Disruptor / Ghostwriter
Atlanta, GA
Joined August 2024
This is so close to being correct. The late bloomer that emerges is mostly about talent and actions. Lots of kids work hard and have “moxie and feel”. What almost every evaluator misses is the late bloomer that moves correctly. Projection is dead.
Some of the best players we've ever had stunk as 13 and 14 year olds. Why?.They were undersized and too weak to play on the big field at that age. But. They were junk yard dogs and refused to be outworked, and ended up being great college or professional players. Be careful.

Last minute exclusion from West Point. Hopefully everyone in the business is willing to boost this tweet whether you know him or not. Nice arm. @PBRNewYork_ @PG_Scouting @FiveTool @BluebookBeede @FlatgroundApp.
Due to an allergy that came up in medical exams, I will have to reopen my recruitment. Thanks to army and Coach Tracz for everything. Looking forward to pursuing new opportunities this fall. LHP 86-88 T89. Stats: 40.1 in 20walks 78ks . Carpenter Cup.First Team Cal.@The_BPCsj

Ray, burnouts aren’t going to be your real friend because you goal tend for them on the Internet.
@CounterptSports @hittingguru7 It seems no one really gives a shit about what you think and your ghostwriting is trash

What could go wrong when the test subjects are 14 to 18 year old boys. The system gets its oxygen from the ones closest to their ceiling. It’s why they miss more often than not.
Noise= rankings, mocks, whatever with zero future accountability==== WORTHLESS. I'll care when the rankers and mockers get fired bcuz they were wrong. AGAIN.

That Greg Jacob’s @hittingguru7 guy lashed out like a 5 year old because he was losing an argument. Blocked me after calling me a fraud. Here is the exchange.

Sales reports produced by marketing firms. PG, PBR, Vtool aren’t scouting entities. There aren’t enough real prospects to provide enough content to stay in business. As long as families aspire and coaches outsource evals, they’ll continue to thrive.
@RealTimmyMac @nextlevelbb @BluebookBeede A great deal of scouting reports from some of these organizations are “sales reports“ so that they will buy subscriptions and go to more events. Absolutely insidious.

You’re much too close to the game to not know that most of them are being told to enter the portal. It’s your schtick to blame players for everything but you’re almost always wrong.
P5 starters are entering the portal before their team season is complete. How do they look their teammates and coaches in the eye? .Honestly, their teammates and coaches could probably care less. A lot (not all) of P5 athletics are nothing more than a showcase for a bunch of.

They all play. Almost all hit the weights. But as always, the ones that actually move right and have tools will rise to the top. This game is about tools that you didn’t teach them. Everyone else is a roster filler that was over sold to a school by their travel ball coach.
The summer before a players freshman year of college baseball. Position players should play as many competitive games as possible. Pitchers should throw as many competitive (responsible) innings as possible. Both should be absolutely addicted to the weight room and.

It’s been that way for 100 years. What’s different? There are more coaches than ever. The same number of kids can learn and play the game even though the market is flooded with coaches. It’s not working even though a lot more people are monetizing.
Travel ball coach says, these kids don't learn shit at their high schools. High school coach says, these kids don't learn shit playing travel ball. Junior college coach says, damn these kids weren't taught shit in high school and travel ball. Division one coach says, damn these.

Players, as usual, ignore this advice. College coaches don’t want to scroll through your teammates stuff. X is a tool for baseball players. Any decent coach can find out if you’re a good teammate. Use the app to share your stuff.

That’s a long list. Those that check each box are the top 1% of HS players and they were the first ones off the board. Adjust your criteria to better describe who is left in January of their Senior year.
Best uncommitted 2025 in your area?.Can't be your son. Has to be physical (strong). Has to be athletic. Has to have a history of performing vs good competition. Has to have good enough tools to play college baseball right now. Has to be a JYD competitor that has moxie and feel.

I follow one person and he’s slumming with Jeff Frye and getting drawn off sides by online baseball guys. Hey @RealCJ10. You’re in the HOF. These people are clowns. Don’t tarnish your brand.
I actually agree with you on this. I was a reverse C-er, as are most hitters, when they are in a slump. It’s what we call a ‘ bad habit’….that we spend hours and hours on the tee, trying to fix. We are talking bat path thru the zone and ur drawing lines up my back leg. This clip.

Guy whose lifestyle depends on packed rosters in the fall and summer guilts families into wasting their money. The loudest messenger in a toxic industry never played a meaningful inning. 💡.
Players.A lot of you aren't playing fall baseball. Some of you are playing half as much as you could have. Some of you are allowing your competition to play, while you sit at home. I hope you made a good decision, but I doubt it. Playing as much as possible in the fall and.

@nextlevelbb He just doesn’t get it.
The majority of college freshmen learn 3 distinct things. 1. How much they don't know. 2. How much strength they need to gain to compete. 3. Their level of aptitude and rate of processing information must improve. It's why, the portal, up coming sophomore, is in higher demand.
