It all started with some research out of Norway and five moms who wanted to make change in honor of their daughters. Thanks to their passion and vision, expectant parents have been counting (kicks, jabs, pokes, and rolls) with Count the Kicks for nearly 20 years.

Research has moved away from the idea that sugary snacks and cold drinks are a good way to get your baby to move. A baby’s movement is best monitored without interventions like juice, candy, ice water, etc. If your baby isn’t moving like normal, get checked out right away.
