What does religion use as a motivator? A catalyst for belief, fear. Belief = heaven. Disbelief=hell I am not buying it.

The problem with the premise of religion being the suspension of reason, is that you can be persuaded through religion to believe anything.

The premise of religion is that you must put reason aside. For example, heaven, hell, soul, miracles, resurrection, second coming.
