The #2A has been warning "the people" #2A for a long time that "the security of a free State" #2A is ultimately their own responsibility—but they must be organized in the governmental institutions "necessary" #2A for that purpose—"well regulated Militia" #2A

@Osiyo_LoneOwl @lueyee My general point is that a distribution of well-armed but isolated individuals is in no way equivalent to an armed unit. I agree that the 1st amendment is only as good as the 2nd, but we all but forgotten the “well regulated militia” component of #2 and have been psy-op’d to

Congress has the constitutional power & duty to regulate #2A by "Arming" (AI §8 C16) THE PEOPLE #2A—not "disarming" or "restricting"—which is "infringe[ment]" #2A establishing a constitutional disability, or absence of power. A direct limitation on Congress itself.

Part of the "regulations" #2A refers to is to insure the availability of Arms to the people in the free market—something elected officials must FACILITATE not INFRINGE.

The original Constitution delegated broad legal authority to the Militia. The Second Amendment reinforced the the Militia as “necessary”, not merely “optional”. https://t.co/KuwZ9QOyp3

#2A is recognizing a disability on government officials of the General Government & all State Governments not to impede the people from maintaining their Militia. No Militia = No community self-defense No Militia = No individual self-defense No Militia = No "free State"#2A

Each State—to fulfill her constitutional responsibility—must exercise her reserved power to arm & train her citizens for "homeland security"—what the #2A refers to as "the security of a free State" #2A

The failure to apply the monetary controls built into the Constitution has destroyed the entire structure of constitutional restraint.

America is no “democracy”. The Constitution provides that “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”. Article IV, Section 4. A “Republican Form of Government”, not a “democracy”.

“Democracy”: namely, the raw will of some majority of the moment, unrestrained by concerns for the community’s well-being in the long run—which in its most grotesque manifestations the ancient Greeks disparaged as “ochlocracy”: the rule of the mob.

The Constitution has been systematically degraded to a largely ceremonial document that controls the procedures for elections of certain public officials, but then imposes next to no limits on their behavior. Because WE THE PEOPLE have not maintained the enforcement mechanism.

The Constitution delegates to the General Government plenary power to reform the monetary and banking systems—to reintroduce silver and gold as the government's exclusive media of exchange, to separate bank and state.

"Governments" kill & oppress exponentially more than private citizens. The indispensable step being to disarm the civilian population. There is a word for it—"democide".

Any patriots who oppose rogue public officials cannot be “anti-government”, but "pro government" in the sense of lawful government. Every scheme of usurpation and tyranny by govt. officials is a criminal act. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242.

Without enforcement of the Constitution by WE THE PEOPLE who framed it, no check & balance exists to confine the temporary office holders.
