2) We have no plans to design or build any components of Commissio to support NFTs. Again, primarily due to concerns about the environmental impacts but also due to concerns about the long-term viability and security of NFTs.

1) We don't support cryptocurrency on the platform now nor do we have any plans to support it at this time., Due to the volatile nature of most cryptocurrency and concerns regarding its generation, we likely won't add support anytime in the foreseeable future.

If you saw some unexpected extra earnings in your creator account over the past week, that would be why. The issue is fixed, and hopefully those impacted can enjoy the extra bit of holiday cheer!

Service update: This morning we became aware of an issue where we stopped charging creators transaction fees on December 26, 2020. This applied to projects, tips, and digital downloads. Monthly support fees were charged correctly. We will *not* retroactively charge any fees.

SERVICE DISRUPTION: We're aware of disruptions to Cloudflare causing unavailability of https://t.co/2NIjJVeItE and many other web services. We'll continue to monitor the situation and work towards a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

This issue has been resolved. Service availability is extremely important to our creators and something we take extremely seriously. We'll investigate this issue further to see how we can lessen the impact of service issues when Stripe is unavailable.
Service Outage: We're aware of issues at Stripe that our impacting our creator tools, invoices, and payment processing. This appears to be an issue with Stripe globally and we will continue to monitor the situation and do what we can to speed up the recovery of these tools.
