The organization's “Fridge the Gap” initiative works closely with local service agency partners across the country to establish community fridges that make fresh food available 24/7, provide dignity and choice in food access, and foster greater community connection.

Food Rescue US (@foodrescueUS) uses this nimble model to divert surplus food from grocery stores, restaurants, and wholesale warehouses to the families who need it most. Instead of ending up in a landfill, perfectly delicious, nutritious food helps feed the community.

This World Menopause Day, join us in thanking the organizations, innovators, and all women around the world for establishing a new standard for menopause care and ensuring that no woman has to face this journey alone. #WomensHealth #MenopauseAwareness #CohenGive

The Women's Health Portfolio also held a request for proposals dedicated to establishing “Clinical Centers of Excellence” to effectively treat women suffering from perimenopause, menopause, and other health conditions commonly present for women in midlife.

The Women’s Health Portfolio has supported nonprofit @LTMenopause and first-of-its-kind documentaries like “The (M) Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause” and the forthcoming “The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause."

Recognizing the scarcity of research, education, and resources, Foundation President Alex Cohen launched our Women’s Health Portfolio.

#WorldMenopauseDay destigmatizes the natural transition half the global population will experience and sparks conversations on how we can build a healthier, more informed future for women across the globe.

Through partnerships with food pantries, schools, and community organizations, as well as mobile feeding trucks and market-style stores, Care and Share delivers vital resources with dignity and compassion.
