If you can reach this level of bluntness in your team environment then you are doing something right. Every player understands that the goal is winning and it might sound bad from an outside perspective but these are the coms that win you rounds.

Dear @riotgames , If you want to see Deadlock played at the pro level she needs another buff. Deadlock wall currently is always perpendicular to the map, Instead her wall should deploy from the direction it was thrown making the creativity ceiling much higher.

How to fix Iso:. Iso no longer spawns orbs after kills / assists. (This would make him an option in pro play without him being OP). OR. Iso shield no longer recharges after two kills. (This would mainly be for the devs who want to keep his core mechanics).

Realistically in my opinion if EG want to be competitive in the tier 1 league they need to poach players from t2 teams before they make a coaching change. If it still isn't working after making the BEST team possible then they should look at other coaches.
