Summer workouts continue to go good . the guys are working hard . we will run our 1st mile Thursday afternoon . .

we had 7 players donated blood yesterday at SGTC . we are giving the gift of life . 1st week of workouts went very well!!.

We are working out Monday - Thursday at 2:00 PM. Lifting weights and working on indivudual skills!.

SGTC has 14 players enrolled in summer quarter and off season workouts began Monday. SO FAR SO GOOD!!.

So far so good today was first day in weightroom so we see how he fairs tomorrow.Coach Wright.
