Timing is controlling contact point. Who controls it? Hitter or Pitcher? Pitcher creates the scenario. Hitters strategize against the scenario. Each party should have multiple weapons. Gotta know when to use them.
Start early so you can swing when you want to. Donβt put yourself in situations where the only way to get to a pitch is by being quicker. This starts in BP. Be early consistently so that youβre never late.
