I’ve seen Not understanding this has caused more Stress and lack of peace to many families due to not truly understanding What Recruiting & Evaluations really entail The sooner you can understand this & truly understand stats matter but TRAITS matter more. It would alleviate
@JBanksSr Yea , they have to understand that as an evaluator.. we grade off visible traits. Not just stats and numbers.

Parents: If your child can't find 30 mins outside team practice to work on their game daily, then they're just interested in success and they're not really committed. Which is OK. Just help them find the thing/sport they are interested in and will commit too.
