About last night: Tough. Proud to be the leader of a clearly ambitious project. They didn’t come here or stay to have a win like that be the goal. One of the key metrics for future success in youngsters is ability to delay gratification. We will go to work to make this true.

I’ve recommended 7 people who interviewed for our GA job, who we ultimately didn’t hire, for other jobs (5 of them have been hired). Just an FYI that how you conduct yourself 100% matters & leaving a good impression can absolutely pay off long term.
