In our coaching search, we wanted to make sure we found someone who didn't just want any job, but wanted the @CoastalFootball job specifically, and wanted to build on our foundation and winning trajectory. We also wanted someone who had the guts to make a decision and stick to it

@CoastalFootball Understanding from the inside how a coach acts, treats their players and staff, or how they recruit aren't things you can grade, watch on tape, or hire a search firm for. We relied on relationships we had and lots of due diligence. All of that led us to @Coachtimbeck .

@CoastalFootball @Coachtimbeck In going through this process, it's important to know what you want in a candidate and how that candidate will benefit, too. I've seen so many orgs miss this important step. By factoring in the human element, you can make the best decision possible.

Bob Iger is back at Disney. And while people are talking about how it went so wrong for Bob Chapek, what does it say that Iger is coming back? I applaud him for owning up to a mistake, but there is lots of hard work ahead at Disney. My thoughts in @Forbes :

@CoachJoeMoglia @CoastalFootball Hopefully Beck can bring on an OC with more imaginative play calling than he has.
