My community sent me to Albany to fix the rent laws so our neighbors & our families can remain in their homes. If there is one thing that needs to get done in order to preserve our communities it is fix the rent regulations loopholes that have caused an epidemic of displacement.

TY and all of our Elected Officials for going to Albany to fight for tenants. I have lived in the community of East Harlem for over 30 years and it is sad when you constantly watch landlords get away with being allowed to harass and force longstanding tenants out.
