Imagine landing in Ibiza & @jet2tweets changed our hotel without even notifying us! 2days later situation hasn’t been resolved, despite them being aware my partners 7 months pregnant & we have 18month year old baby with us! Absolutely disgraceful service! #jet2holidays #jet2
