This week I’ve had to do something I’ve never done before….supporting a member of staff in need. After a bit of searching, I managed to get a bag of essentials from @DerrifordW. No questions, no judgement. They now have items in their cupboard, some money

Competed my part 2 of my Oliver McGowan mandatory training yesterday. Tragic, thought provoking and inspiring. Already thinking of ways to incorporate my learning into our areas. #oliverscampaign @DerrifordAutism

9 new HCAs who’ve joined us across acute med (more inbound). Today they learnt about some ward fundamentals. Tomorrow they have block training. Interactive, engaging and passionate. Look forward to seeing them shine and transform patient care as #onebigteam
