“I had my first UTI when I was 9, I’m now 73. From 9 to about 16 I suffered recurrent UTIs, with increasing frequency in my early 20s. I saw several urologists who were dismissive at best and rude at worst. My favourite comment was 'You feel guilty because you’re unmarried and.
