The studious analysis of this may appeal to some, and I'm not calling it into question, but when I have a visceral reaction to a face, that's all I need to know what I'm dealing with. This photo has always done that for me. Human instinct, when still intact, is highly reliable.

We all should appreciate our gut reactions as a warning siren, but all it tells me is “danger”. It’s good to be able to know what it is that makes me say that.

I have that instinct. When I shake hands with a certain person, I get a creepy feeling. Sometimes, I meet a person and need to move away immediately. I can't explain it.
