I have dyslexia and epilepsy… I find this very interesting from a neurodiverse point of view 🤔
Most people think we cry because we're sad. And this can be true. But crying is connected to our nervous system and our body's natural impulse to self regulate. Which is why when you feel angry, tears will flood to your eyes. Your body needs to release.
