Has CN stopped allowing quarterly donations? I'm on a fixed income & trying to stagger donations. Quarterly donations help me give a little more while insuring I can eat every month. I thought it was up to the individual charities, but now I can't find any quarterly options.

Really, what is the purpose of collecting all this money that the rich people of the world have? When 90% of this money is not being used, why is this money not being used to eradicate poverty and inequality in poor countries? I really feel sorry for the rich people of the world
