Respectfully, please stop with this nonsense. Jamey Chadwell’s offense is no longer unique and he’s getting trounced this season. He had one good season at Liberty playing the weakest schedule in all of FBS. All of his games last year were close. He’s losing this year.
@Skydock95 @ChantTalk Should have just paid chadwell it’s insane he left for liberty bc they refused for pay him the extra $100,000

@ChantTalk I know he isn’t but than again in the world of NIL what good athletes is going to want to play at that strict of a university. At coastal he could have had a much easier time recruiting kids. Better location, more fun and a program on the rise

@WEIV9821 Chadwell loves the vacation bible school vibe of liberty. That’s what most people aren’t getting. He was at North Greenville (hyper conservative baptist college) then CSU (Baptist college), and now back at Liberty. They’re paying him $4M a year to be in an environment he likes

@ChantTalk How many points has Liberty scored this season? How many has Coastal scored? Is Liberty having a bad season? Yeah. Is Coastal having the worst season in the history of the program? Yes. Not even close to comparable. Changes need to be made or we will continue to go backwards.

@lindsayhickman_ Chadwell is played out. His success was tied to his offense, which was genuinely innovated and unique. But his success ended that when everyone copied it and learned to defend it. We needed a better hire than Beck, obviously, but “paying Chadwell” was not an option.

@ChantTalk It’s the dumbest take. 1. We regressed each year little by little his final 3 years 2. We couldn’t have paid him 4M anyways 3. He’s not worth it. Liberty fans already want him gone. He had one good season with Freeze’s team

@ChantTalk Chadwell was also graced with a QB that you seldom get the honor of coaching when he was at coastal. People really need to give the Grayson effect it's due credit for those years.
