Tata has an immaculate reputation. They will take time b4 their house is in order. The conditions inside the govt run airline for so many years are simply deplorable. I flew to NL in May on Air India’s Boeing aircraft and it was a shame. Nothing worked. They need to expedite.
Those ridiculing Air India and the Tatas should know that when the terrorist attack happened in Mumbai on 26/11 - not a single employee ran away from the Taj hotel. NOT ONE. They protected the guests by risking their lives, by losing their lives.
