We are mourning the loss of Dr. Peter Fox, distinguished researcher, beloved educator, and mentor. A member of the Tetherless World Constellation and director of Information Technology and Web Science, Dr. Fox left a profound impact on the research community and will be missed.

We too are heartbroken to lose such a wonderful and generous colleague and friend. Peter was the glue that held so many things together, I learned so much from him also and I already miss him dearly.
Peter passed away last week. It was so sudden and shocking that I couldn't believe it. Peter was a wonderful person, a great mentor, and an outstanding scientist . He taught me so much, in every aspect. R.I.P.
