Science doesn’t need to go according to plan; it just needs to lead to a discovery. If doesn’t have to be done alone or together with a buddy; there just needs to be a discovery. It doesn’t need to happen fast or slow; just as long as there’s a discovery, then everybody is happy.

Very proud to share the results of a fantastic collaboration led by the brilliant @NejcHaberman and @BorisLenhard, shedding more light on the characteristics and mechanisms that lead to the generation of 3'UTR-derived mRNAs
Our paper on the origin and properties of elusive 3' UTR-derived capped mRNA fragments is out. Great work by @NejcHaberman in collaboration with @AidaMartinezS, @TheSibleyLab, @GroupLenhard . https://t.co/GuH5hfQsVh

Absolutely thrilled to have received funding from the SMF-DUK #Type1DiabetesGrandChallenge to work with the awesome @prashant1003 and @Teresa_IDF1 and in collaboration with @LabSancho to look at how my favourite molecules, microRNAs, behave differently between beta-cells (1/2)
(1/2) 🔬The #Type1DiabetesGrandChallenge is investing over £2 million into four more #research projects. They're breaking new ground in the search for innovative ways to treat #Type1Diabetes. Find out more 👉 https://t.co/yrBnTb4ctc
