@atrupar In July 2023, Judge Kaplan said the verdict found Trump raped Carroll according to the common definition, not necessarily implying penile penetration. In August 2023, Kaplan dismissed a countersuit and wrote Carroll's accusation of rape is substantially true. Adjudicated rapist!
