Set our Policy in writing
Have 0 element of fluidity: it is as it says in that official document
UK identified as Safe country
Open Deportation Cntr.

If there is a return policy why has it not being enforced to date with countries who have taken responsibility? He is of course distracting from the truth. We have an open border, no doubt about it. Reality and panic or public pressure?

Ah now that would be the sensible thing to do. But maybe not from a supposedly sovereign nation which takes 70% of legislation from the EU.
