As someone who spent YEARS in court in regards to rights in regards to 'fully attested, durable relationship' I'm flabbergasted that the Irish aren't sticking with the EU (thus Irish) definitions that are already in place.
This makes no sense.

Starting to feel like the new proposed wording is flawed, which is disappointing as the spirit of the amendments were positive in many respects
