We had a fantastic time speaking with people about the Genes and Health study at the Halal Food Festival in Manchester. This is the world’s largest community-based study of genetics and health in British Bangladeshis and Pakistanis. Dozens of people took part over the weekend.

Our #NorthWest team have been visiting career events at schools to speak with pupils about future careers in health and care research. It's been a great opportunity to raise awareness of roles such as Clinical Research Practitioner, which many people will be less familiar with.

What an exciting day the team had earlier this month, attending The Bangladesh Assistant High Commission to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the founder of Bangladesh, and recruit over 80 people to the Genes and Health study - thank you for your support!
