So happy to share my phD work @crow_lab @InstitutImagine published in @JExpMed. We showed that UNC93B1 mutations cause lupus and chilblain lupus via distinct TLR7 and TLR8 activation. A great collaborative effort with @casanova_lab and Manoury team.
