Congrats @Clemence_Dvd I am Glad to contributed with this story! While being PhD student at @casanova_lab, we started this great collaboration with @CrowLab (my current PosDoc lab). by in vitro and ex vivo experiments, we observed a “selective TLRs” hyperactivity…fascinating !!

So happy to share my phD work @crow_lab @InstitutImagine published in @JExpMed. We showed that UNC93B1 mutations cause lupus and chilblain lupus via distinct TLR7 and TLR8 activation. A great collaborative effort with @casanova_lab and Manoury team.
