Completed #42. Really fun first person shooter. Developers really care about the franchise & story. You can play run & gun on a lower difficulty. Or stealthily on a harder difficulty with lethal terminators. In one DLC you play as the terminator. I really enjoyed this one

Completed #41. Unique symbol & language puzzle game. As a traveller you explore a town & observe signs & listen to dialogue to piece together the local language. This will allow you to get to the next area which has a new language to decode. Striking art. Got way to hard for me

Completed #40. FINALLY! An RPG that is NOT dumbed down to rock bottom! Great story, characters & world class art design. Each character is unique with their own RPG mechanics. All this & just a few cosmetic bugs on release. BUT note this is a real time parrying game! Great game

Completed #39. Beautiful pixel art but I did not enjoy the combat. In every other game the dodge/dash is a benefit. In this game you stop after the dash making it slower than just running. So a dash will get you killed. Died so many times as dashing is like a reflex I can't stop

Completed #38. Photo realistic bleak rocky settings. Cinematic masterpiece with fantastic facial animation & acting. Puzzles harder this time. Don't like the combat at all but I was hooked on story & wanted to see the ending. But there is no ending & you are just left to guess

Completed #37. A great remake of the original with a big improvement to the graphics while keeping the retro feel of the original. Key problem is no light gun. It's not very fun with a controller. Should have a light gun like PS3 time crisis. Best option is a mouse on xbox one

Completed #36. An old school action RPG. This one is very satirical where you are an anti-hero. You are not good in combat, so it's better to summon creatures to fight for you which gets boring. Some of the writing has aged badly, but other parts are still surprising & funny

Completed #35. Being the bad guy alien & eating humans is such a brilliant concept, i decided to replay this game on console. I hoped there would be less frustration as I had some knowledge of the maps & more skill in controlling the beast. I definitely enjoyed it more 2nd time

Completed #34. A great visual overhaul of the classic open world RPG. They have also made some parts more user friendly like skyrim. But at launch there was a lot of new bugs & crashes. It still feels old & janky & the facial animation is still bad. But great to play again

Completed #33. A platforming puzzle game with a good spooky atmosphere. You switch between a little girl in the 3D world and her shadow which is in 2D. Moving things in the 3D world has a big effect on their shadows. It's a clever, engaging & enjoyable puzzle game

Completed #32. A basic survival horror game that was free on PS4 & PS5. As the game is pretty short I played though the PS4 version as well for an extra platinum.

Completed #31. A basic survival horror game. The art design & level design is good but the platforming & controls are a bit janky. You need to solve some pretty good basic puzzles. But it can be easy to die when trying to solve puzzles while being chased by the enemy

Why is #xboxworstplatform? Basic tasks can be hard to find in the xbox UI. Like checking if anything is downloading. Often I need to search google for instructions. Following xbox's own guide, I try & check the datetime of my cloud save. but it incorrectly says I have none!

Completed #30. Exploration, adventure & puzzle game that tries to mix up the action. This version has better controls & better visuals than the VR version (edge of time) but is still a bit buggy. This is not a great game but seeing the daleks & cybermen is fun for doctor who fans

Completed #29. Original, clever & varied puzzle game with most based around controlling an endless stream of people. You have to solve the puzzle as a dog which makes solving the puzzle slower & more frustrating as it adds a platforming challenge on top of the puzzle challenge

Completed #28. Slow paced story exploration game. Open sea region is atmospheric with good visuals & cool things to find. But the "indoor" industrial areas felt unrealistic & had camera issues. The industrial area missions felt very dated. There were also regular bugs & crashes

Completed #27. A basic platformer for kids that does not try to be original or ground breaking. As you play you unlock new smurfs with different skills letting you get to new areas/collectables. Probably too simple for most people but I thought it was an entertaining play through

Failed #26. Unique story based game with bold art. You will be cooking with your parents & doing turn based battles as you try and resolve things with your ex boyfriends & girlfriends. Skating controls are pretty bad & I totally failed the frustrating skating challenges

Completed #25. Action RPG with a big focus on fun combat. Environments have verticality & hidden loot for fun platforming exploration. Story, characters & dialogue are generic & mediocre. Cause of the plague is obvious. Actions feel like no consequence. The ending is poorly done

Completed 2024 #79. Forgot to mention this completion. The new version of skyrim with fishing & pet companion. STILL no fixes to common quest breaking bugs & introduces new bugs. Think this playthrough had more bugs than any previous playthrough. Still really enjoyed the game
