@CardioScreening @doctorwes Seems like Dr. Baron is planning to plead insanity as a defense. Certification & #MOC are “voluntary” but rejecting coercion for forcing participation “have no basis in the law”? What law provides ABIM authority over physicians that exceeds state licensing boards?
