Carson Wentz is 250 yards away from becoming the first QB in NFL history to throw for 4,000 yards while having no WR over 500 yards for the season.
UNREAL.

#Eagles
QB Carson Wentz became the 2nd QB in
#NFL
history with at least 30 pass attempts and a passer rating of at least 115 in four consecutive games (Peyton Manning the other-2012 with DEN).
#Bills
QB Josh Allen, now with 101 touchdown passes and 31 rushing touchdowns, is the first player in
#NFL
history with at least 100 TD passes and 30 rushing TDs in his first four seasons.
#Patriots
and S Adrian Phillips have agreed to terms on a 3-year extension worth $12.75 million and a max value of $14.25M with $7.25 million guaranteed, source said.
Former
#Saints
LB A.J. Klein agreed to terms with the
#Bills
, source said. 3 years, $18m. $9.7m fully guaranteed.
HC Sean McDermott coached him when he was DC with the

Quite the season for
#Eagles
DT Treyvon Hester:
Raiders cut him on 9/3
Eagles signed him to their practice squad on 9/7
Eagles signed him to their 53-man roster on 10/2
Had 1st NFL sack vs. Texans on 12/23
Tipped ball on FG attempt that helped Eagles go to NFC Divisional Round.
Howie Roseman on bringing in other outside voices in evaluation: Said we have Tom Donahue. Will announce some changes soon. Always looking.
Doug Pederson on the same question about the offense: Still evaluating.
(Me: Doug seemed less open to this idea).
#Eagles
Full Jay Gruden quote on Derrius Guice:
"We drafted him for a reason. We feel like he can be a first, second and even a third down back, if needed. I think the offense, carries wise, will probably go through him, pretty much."
Rather than potentially lose special teams coach Brant Boyer after next season, the
#Jets
and Boyer agreed to an extension today, source said. Multiple teams were interested in hiring him if Gase didn't retain him.
#Eagles
LT Jordan Mailata was RIDICULOUS on Sunday. Every physical trait you could imagine up front. His impact is felt every time you turn the tape on, but especially so in this game

#Jets
agreed to contract terms with former
#Chargers
3rd-round pick G/C Dan Feeney, source said.
He started 57 games in his 4 seasons of play. Has started at LG, C.
#Raiders
are expected to have former
#Bills
DT/DE Quinton Jefferson in for a visit later this week, source said. His familiarity with new defensive scheme (see Gus Bradley/Seahawks scheme) ties in with this.
Per an
#NFL
personnel director to me this morning on reason why WR market has been slow:
"When you look at this draft, how much better are the guys on the street versus those guys?"
Could be one of the most historically talented draft classes EVER.
#Eagles
WRs coach Aaron Moorehead, who played with Reagor's dad with the
#Colts
, did an install meeting with Jalen on video, his recall was outstanding.
With Goedert available for tomorrow's game,
#Eagles
pass target group looks like this:
WRs: T. Fulgham, J. Reagor (also expected to be activated), J. Hightower, G. Ward, J JAW
TE: Goedert, R. Rodgers
Much better group for Wentz to work with than a few weeks ago.

#Eagles
hybrid DB Jalen Mills re-signed for 1 season, $4m ($2m base, $2m SB), up to $5m if he makes pro bowl and hits playing time level.
If this new role works out, could see him being with team for many years to come. A favorite of coaching staff, smart, tough.

are restructuring deals in order to create salary cap space.
Latest is TE Vance McDonald. He agreed to convert his $5.5m base salary to signing bonus.
He's over a year younger (turns 29 in Jan) than Chris Harris (turns 31 in June) and better suited to play outside (where they need help). Also has good size, runs well.
Played for Schwartz in 2013 with Lions.
Signed through 2020 ($10m non guaranteed base salary next season).
League source on DeSean Jackson's deal with
#Eagles
:
3 years (2-year structure), $27m, $15m in total guarantees ($13m fully gtd at signing). First 2 years, $18m.
Perriman best value WR out there:
Good size (6-2, 210-215), speed great (4.26 combine time), deep threat (17.9 YPC on 36 last season). Route running has improved (personnel guys say). And turns just 27 in Sept.
No-brainer, for any team looking for WR with upside, size, speed.
On Tevin Coleman questions: Not saying he's definitely going to the Eagles, but if he does--
Expect more than his career-high of 32 receptions last season and expect more explosive plays.
K. Shanahan was on to something with Coleman in 2016: He averaged 13.6 YPC on 31 recept.
