🍽️ The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team supported the ‘Digital Dinners’ project with partners @UVWales and @Women_CF Urban- Vertical CIC delivered a weekly online cooking course which focussed on healthy ingredient alternatives.

🌱‘Lifecycles’ - Series of workshops delivered by @uvwales focused on the creation of four collaborative mandalas, each symbolising a season – Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. In collaboration with Pedal Power and Headway, the workshops intertwined creativity and food.

‘The Art of Eating Well’ delivered by Urban-Vertical CIC, in collaboration with Cardiff and Vale UHB Public Health Dietetics Team. The project was an 8-week course which integrated cooking, nutrition, and creativity, to explore the profound connection between food and our lives.
